Lot 311: A Collection of Ceramics and Glassware including a Royal Cauldon Bristol Garden Pattern Teapot
This collection comprises a variety of ceramic and glass items. The primary piece is a Royal Cauldon ironstone teapot in the Bristol Garden pattern. It features a bulbous body with a moulded textured surface, a loop handle, and a lid topped with a bud-shaped finial. The decoration consists of transfer-printed orange-brown floral sprigs. The base is marked with a green and black printed stamp: Royal Cauldon, Bristol Ironstone, Bristol Garden, Made by England, Oldest Pottery, Established 1652. The collection also includes a set of porcelain side plates decorated with a transfer-printed border of wildflowers in pastel shades of pink, purple, orange, and blue, finished with a silver-toned rim. Also present is a miniature porcelain heeled shoe ornament featuring a transfer-printed rose pattern and a gilt-lined rim. The glassware includes a small clear glass decanter with a rounded body and a flat-topped stopper, alongside a flared clear glass vase with deep geometric cut or pressed patterns in the style of lead crystal.
