Lot 504: An Assortment of Cut and Pressed Glassware with Polished Metalware
An assortment of early to mid-20th-century glassware and metalware. The collection includes a large circular glass bowl with a silver-toned metal rim, featuring a geometric pattern of vertical ribs and cross-hatched panels. A deep circular bowl is present with a heavy diamond-cut pattern and a central starburst motif on the base. The lot also features a rectangular pressed glass tray with a scalloped edge and a pattern of stylised floral motifs arranged in sixteen panels. The collection further comprises square lidded containers with tiered geometric designs, a flared bud vase, open salt cellars, and a small stemmed pedestal dish. One glass item retains an illegible red and gold foil label. The metalware includes a lidded jug with a thumb-lever and a matching open-handled cream jug.
