A collection of vintage 7-inch vinyl singles, primarily dating from the 1960s and 1970s, presented in a period portable storage case. Key records identified include two UK pressings by The Beatles on the Parlophone label: She’s a Woman / I Feel Fine (R 5200, 1964) and You Can’t Do That / Can’t Buy Me Love (R 5114, 1964). Also present is The Jimi Hendrix Experience, The Stars That Play With Laughing Sam’s Dice (Track Record, 604007, 1967), Procol Harum, A Whiter Shade of Pale (Deram, DM 126, 1967), and Donovan, There is a Mountain (Pye Records, 7N.17403, 1967). The assortment features records from various labels including Tamla Motown, MGM, Atlantic, Philips, Fontana, Columbia, Liberty, CBS, and Epic. One later inclusion is a 1988 CBS remix of Bill Withers, Lovely Day. The collection is housed in a cream-coloured vinyl-covered carry case with a metal latch.
