Lot 1071: Chinese Model B2 Break-Barrel Air Rifle
This Chinese Model B2 break-barrel air rifle is a spring-piston powered sporting arm featuring a rifled steel barrel and a wooden stock. The rifle is equipped with an Apollo 4×40 waterproof telescopic sight secured by two-piece mounts on the receiver. The technical configuration includes a break-action loading system with a plain wooden furniture set featuring a semi-pistol grip and a smooth butt. Prominent markings include MADE IN CHINA stamped on the rear of the compression cylinder and an illegible circular logo on the left side of the breech block. The telescopic sight is marked Apollo 4 X 40 WATERPROOF with two five-pointed stars. The original front and rear iron sights are missing from the barrel and breech. The stock is fitted with a single sling swivel attachment on the underside of the butt.
