The lot includes a Portwest heavy-duty traffic jacket, consistent with model US427, featuring a fluorescent yellow exterior with silver reflective tape, a black quilted lining, and a hood. The garment is size XL as indicated by the label. Included within a green plastic storage bin are additional items of high-visibility clothing, including a fleece or jacket bearing a Dickies brand label. The garments are manufactured from synthetic materials designed for industrial safety and visibility. A tag attached to the Portwest jacket features the handwritten numerals 8852 and 100.
