Lot 461: A Group of Continental Style Blue and White Glazed Porcelain Figurines
Attributed to the manufacturer IVO, this group of decorative glazed porcelain figurines depicts various ladies in 18th-century style dress. The collection includes figurines in white gowns decorated with blue floral sprig patterns and blue bows, a figure in a deep blue bodice and floral-printed skirt with a scalloped gilded rim, and a figure in a tiered blue and white dress with floral motifs and gilded highlights. Each piece features hand-painted or transfer-printed overglaze decoration. One figurine carries a paper auction tag for Liskeard Auction Rooms, Lot 461. No maker’s marks are visible on the bases or bodies of the items.
