This lot comprises two antique household items: a decorative fork and a button hook. The fork, likely a pickle or sardine fork, features a three-tined head and a handle with a central mother-of-pearl segment. It is fitted with silver-toned metal ferrules and an ornate terminal cap, both displaying embossed foliate and scroll patterns. The button hook, traditionally used for fastening footwear or gloves, consists of a metal shaft and hook fitted to a silver-toned metal handle featuring high-relief repoussé work. The handle decoration includes scrolls and floral motifs with a central unengraved oval cartouche. No hallmarks or maker’s marks are visible on either piece.
