Lot 776: A Collection of Royal Air Force Aircraft Commemorative Prints by Dugald Cameron
A collection of commemorative offset lithograph prints featuring technical profile illustrations of Royal Air Force aircraft by aviation artist Dugald Cameron. The collection includes detailed depictions of a Panavia Tornado GR.1 (ZA549 / J) of XV Squadron, RAF Laarbruch, and a BAe Hawk T.1A (XX315) of 234 Squadron, No. 1 Tactical Weapons Unit, RAF Brawdy, alongside other similarly styled aircraft illustrations. Each print was produced for the Royal Air Force Museum and incorporates printed squadron crests and a block of descriptive historical text identifying the specific airframe and unit. The works are uniformly presented with dark teal mounts and gold-toned wooden or composite frames.
