A lot comprising two vintage centrepin fishing reels produced by S. Allcock and Co. Ltd. of Redditch, England. The first item is a Scarborough-style reel constructed from polished wood, featuring a brass star-back mounting with an integrated brass foot and twin dark composite winding handles. This reel carries a handwritten dealer tag identifying it as an Allcock and Co. Scarborough reel dating from the 1930s. The second item is an Aerialite reel manufactured from dark maroon bakelite or similar composite material. The reverse plate is embossed with the markings Made in England and Allcock Aerialite. This model is equipped with twin handles, a metal line guard, and a central brass thumb tension screw.
