Lot 1002: A late 20th-century rustic pine corner television cabinet
A late 20th-century pine corner television or media unit of one-piece construction, finished in a rustic style. The piece features a chamfered rectangular top over a single open-fronted shelf, which includes a pre-cut circular cable management aperture in the backboard. Below this is a twin-door cupboard; the door panels are decorated with recessed panels and carved arched motifs, fitted with dark-toned metal drop-loop handles. The front is further embellished with small carved rosettes at the top and bottom corners of the stiles. The unit is raised on a shaped plinth base with a decoratively cut-out apron and is constructed with an angled back designed for corner placement.
