A large upholstered lounge armchair of traditional English scroll-arm design, featuring a high back and deeply scrolled, overstuffed arms. The piece is fully upholstered in a heavy-weight woven fabric with a repeating geometric diamond motif in tones of terracotta, sand, and brown. It features a single, thick, loose seat cushion and is raised on four turned wooden bun feet with a light oak finish. No manufacturer’s marks or labels are visible. A white auction lot sticker marked 1022 is present on the right-hand arm.
