Lot 818: Two Furniture Items comprising a Traditional Upholstered Armchair with Matching Ottoman and a Modern Glass Shelving Unit
A group of two furniture items including a traditional-style upholstered armchair with a matching rectangular ottoman and a modern three-tier shelving unit. The armchair and footstool are upholstered in a muted sage green fabric with a small-scale, textured diamond pattern. The chair features scrolled arms and a loose seat cushion. Both upholstered pieces are finished with a line of brass-toned nailhead trim along the base and are supported by dark-stained turned wooden legs on brass-toned cup castors. A small orange scatter cushion with fringed edges is included. The shelving unit is a contemporary three-tier etagere with a tubular chrome-plated metal frame and clear glass shelves secured by chrome-finished circular caps at each corner. The shelving unit bears a white auction label for Lot 814 from Liskeard Auction Rooms and a pink circular sticker numbered 32.
