Lot 994: A Two-Piece Modern Pine Wardrobe
A country farmhouse style two-piece furniture set comprising a tall double-door wardrobe and a matching wide top-box cupboard. The set is constructed from pine throughout with a clear wax finish, highlighting the natural grain and knots of the timber. Both units feature double doors with four raised panels and turned wooden mushroom-style knobs, mounted on dark-finished metal butt hinges. The interior is finished with pine tongue-and-groove effect boarding. The top-box interior is split into two sections by a central vertical partition. A collection of garment hangers is present in one compartment. No maker’s marks are visible. A small white auction lot sticker is present on the side of the units.
