Lot 15: A Hitachi Cordless Power Tool Set Comprising Hammer Drill, Work Light, Chargers and Batteries
A collection of Hitachi 18V cordless power tools utilizing Nickel-Cadmium (Ni-Cd) battery technology. This lot includes one Hitachi cordless hammer drill/driver, model DV 18DVC, featuring a metal keyless chuck and variable torque settings. Also included is one Hitachi cordless work light, model UB 18D, with an adjustable lamp head. The set is accompanied by two Hitachi battery chargers, model UC 18YG, designed for 7.2V to 18V Ni-Cd batteries and fitted with UK standard 3-pin mains plugs. The collection includes five 18V batteries, comprising a mix of original Hitachi branded units and at least one aftermarket replacement battery marked as a replacement for model EB1812S. The tools and chargers are constructed from heavy-duty moulded plastic with rubberised over-moulds for grip. Visible markings include Hitachi Koki, DV 18DVC, and UC 18YG on the manufacturer labels, alongside the CE mark. A handwritten vendor tag dated 2010 is included with the lot.
