A rolling garden work seat, commonly referred to as a garden scooter, designed for low-level gardening tasks. The unit features a green-painted tubular metal frame supporting a swivel, perforated tractor-style seat. It is mounted on four pneumatic rubber tyres with green-painted metal hubs. The cart is equipped with a black plastic under-seat storage tray, a wire mesh basket at the rear, and a T-bar steering and pull handle with a black grip.
