Lot 305: Bush TR82 DAB Portable Radio
A Bush TR82 DAB portable radio, which is a modern reproduction of the classic 1950s transistor design. The unit features a cream-coloured plastic cabinet with horizontal ribbing to the lower front and a large silver-tone decorative circular dial. The top control panel is finished in brown and cream, featuring a central digital LCD screen, ten preset buttons, and function buttons for auto, menu, display, shift, and select. It is equipped with slider controls for frequency band selection (MW, LW, FM, and DAB) and a combined volume and power switch. The radio is fitted with a plastic carry handle on silver-tone supports, a telescopic aerial, and a hard-wired UK mains power cable with a standard three-pin plug. The manufacturer’s name BUSH is displayed in raised silver-tone lettering on the front panel.
