Lot 307: An Assortment of Gibsons and Corner Piece Jigsaw Puzzles with Dishes and a Basket
This lot features two boxed 1000-piece jigsaw puzzles and a group of small dishes contained within a woven basket. The first puzzle is titled Herbert’s Hardware, featuring artwork by Steve Crisp and manufactured by Gibsons. The box displays the Gibsons brand mark and the British Since 1919 logo with a Union Jack. The second puzzle is by Corner Piece Puzzles and is titled Vintage Toy Shop. Included in the lot is an assortment of small, shallow, circular glazed earthenware dishes in a terracotta-coloured glaze, suitable for use as tapas dishes. All items are housed in a large, round woven wicker basket which has two loop handles and a lot tag numbered 754 attached to the rim.
