Lot 456: A Collection of Aldi Kevin the Carrot Plush Toys and a Ty Plush Brachiosaurus
This lot comprises an assortment of plush soft toys from two manufacturer groups. The first group consists of characters produced for Aldi UK based on the Kevin the Carrot Christmas advertising campaign. This collection includes larger figures of Kevin and Katie the Carrot along with several smaller carrot characters in various costumes, including a nutcracker soldier, a red reindeer jumper, and a pink dress. These items are constructed from mixed synthetic plush fabrics with embroidered facial features. Visible markings include original card swing tags and sewn-in labels bearing the Aldi Everyday Amazing logo. Also included is a large Ty plush dinosaur, modelled as a long-necked Brachiosaurus. The figure is fashioned from dark green textured plush with a contrast yellow-green corduroy fabric used for the soles of the feet and the underside of the long neck. The item retains its original red heart-shaped Ty manufacturer’s swing tag.
