Lot 863: Oak Gate-Leg Drop-Leaf Dining Table in the Jacobean Revival Style
An oak gate-leg dining table in the Jacobean Revival style, dating to the early to mid-20th century. The table features a rectangular central top flanked by two semi-circular drop-leaves. The piece is supported by a base of six turned legs, including two gate-leg supports that swing out to accommodate the leaves, all connected by straight perimeter stretchers. The construction is solid oak with a prominent natural grain visible across the top surface. A white adhesive auction lot label printed with the number 863 is fixed to the tabletop.
