Lot 902: Framed Heraldic Surname History and Coat of Arms for Killip
This lot comprises a commercially produced genealogical document detailing the history and heraldry associated with the surname Killip. The document features a central colour illustration of the Killip coat of arms, depicted with a shield, helm, and crest, surrounded by red and white mantling. The illustration is framed by a decorative border containing Scottish thistles and the Saltire. The right-hand side of the page contains a printed historical account of the surname’s origins and evolution. A gold-coloured embossed seal is positioned in the lower-right corner of the document. The piece is housed in a dark wood-effect frame with a gilt-finished inner slip and is currently wrapped in protective plastic film.
