Lot 539: An Assortment of Mixed Metalware including Silver Plate, Brass, and Copper Items
A collection of OO gauge model railway items including various buildings, rolling stock, and scenic accessories. The structures are primarily constructed from printed card in the style of Metcalfe and Superquick kits, featuring a two-storey yellow brick residence with a central gable bearing a 1921 date stone, a blue-fronted commercial building with a yellow fascia for McIntosh Greengrocer, and a timber-framed Tudor-style house with a bay window. Other structures include a shop unit with a green facade for The Apple Tree and several village dwellings. The rolling stock consists of one open coal wagon finished in Great Western Railway (GWR) grey livery with white lettering and running number 110047, fitted with a simulated textured coal load. Scenic accessories include a length of flexible green hedging, two model trees with textured foliage, and several sections of interlocking stone-effect walling with moss detailing at the base.
