A collection of silver coins and bullion rounds comprising issues from British India and the United States. The collection includes a 1919 silver one rupee coin from British India, minted during the reign of George V at the Bombay mint, housed in a protective plastic slab labelled 1919 GEORGE V SILVER RUPEE BOMBAY MINT. The reverse of the rupee features the central inscription ONE RUPEE INDIA 1919 in English and Persian/Urdu characters, surrounded by a floral wreath. US coinage is represented by a 1998 Silver Eagle one dollar coin featuring the Walking Liberty obverse and a Morgan silver dollar showing the reverse eagle design with legends UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and ONE DOLLAR. Also present is a US Mercury dime, also known as a Winged Liberty Head dime, secured in a circular plastic capsule, and a one troy ounce .999 fine silver bullion round with a decorative flag and stars pattern. The larger silver dollar pieces exhibit significant iridescent toning.
