Lot 693: Three Vintage Tobacco Smoking Items including a British Buttner Patent Pipe
This lot comprises an Ingersoll Ltd. Triumph pocket watch and a traditional five-decade rosary. The pocket watch features a cream-coloured dial with Arabic numeral hour markers and a subsidiary seconds dial at the 6 o’clock position. The dial is marked Ingersoll Ltd. London and Triumph, with Made in Gt. Britain at the lower edge. The watch is housed in a base metal case with a manual wind mechanism. The rosary is constructed with iridescent pale oval beads joined by a gold-tone metal chain. It features a central medal depicting a religious figure and a crucifix with the figure of Christ, an INRI banner, and rose motifs at the arm terminals.
