Lot 369: Hozelock Water Butt Pump and Large Plastic Container
A collection of vintage domestic and leisure items. The group features a Chad Valley Escalado mechanical horse racing game, contained within its original cardboard box which is printed with the manufacturer name and game title in yellow lettering alongside the code G11. The lot also includes a pair of wooden butter paddles, commonly referred to as Scotch hands, with corrugated inner surfaces designed for shaping butter; one paddle handle bears a partially legible black ink stamp. Accompanying these is a rectangular metal storage tin with the side embossed Biscuits FOR CHEESE and a decorative lid printed with images of various cheeses. A small section of folded hessian fabric is included. The lot is marked with an HCP Auctions South West label for lot 370.
