Lot 906: Corona Style Mexican Waxed Pine Corner TV Unit
The collection comprises an assortment of lead crystal and cut glass items featuring traditional geometric patterns. Included are a pair of matching rectangular spirit decanters with diamond and star-cut motifs, topped with multifaceted globe stoppers. There is a large, heavy-based decanter with deep diamond-cut geometric patterns and a large circular faceted stopper. Serving and decorative ware features a large starburst-form shallow dish with twenty-four radiating tapered points and a central square well. A large circular bowl displays a deeply notched, scalloped rim and radial cutting to the base, while another circular bowl features a prominent central star-cut design surrounded by interlocking facets. The assortment further includes a small circular footed tray or coaster supported by three ball feet, a pedestal comport or sweetmeat dish, a miniature globular bottle, and several small circular dishes.
