Lot 1008: Ferguson Model 3340 Teak Radiogram with Garrard 2025 TC Turntable
This vintage milk churn or dairy canister is constructed from aluminium, featuring a cylindrical body that tapers towards a rolled rim at the neck. It is equipped with a matching flat circular lid. The vessel has a wire bail handle, likely made of iron or steel, which is secured to the neck by two riveted lugs. The exterior displays two contemporary auction labels: a square white sticker with the handwritten number 13 and a lot tag for Lot 1011 from HCP Auctions South West. A faint, single incised character resembling a V is visible on the side of the body. The design is typical of mid-20th-century utilitarian agricultural or domestic ware.
