Lot 1020: An Art Deco Walnut Compactum Wardrobe
A collection of Hachette Tractors and the World of Farming 1:43 scale die-cast model agricultural vehicles. Each model is presented on a titled green card plinth and housed within a clear plastic bubble display case. The collection includes a wide variety of historical makes and models, such as the Fordson E27N (1948), Fordson F (1917), Fordson Power Major (1958), Massey Ferguson 35X (1963), Massey Ferguson 65 (1959), Deutz F1L514 (1950), Deutz D25 (1963), Deutz MTZ 120 (1929), Fiat 25 R (1951), Fiat 605 C Montagna (1970), Lamborghini DL30C (1957), Bauche pousse-wagons (1957), Same 240 DT (1958), Renault 551 (1973), and a Willys-Overland CJ-2A Jeep (1945).
The lot also comprises a small selection of decorative ceramics including a Majolica style leaf-moulded green serving dish with a red berry motif at the stem, a white speckled pottery jug with a swept handle decorated with a yellow rose transfer print and gilt-lined rim, a round fluted-edge baking or serving dish with a mottled brown and cream lava-style glaze bearing a paper label for HCP Auctions South West Lot 1023, and a small rectangular porcelain pin tray decorated with a botanical blackberry transfer print.
