Buyer's Premium:

A mid-century modern bow-front sideboard or credenza, designed with an aesthetic characteristic of the late 1950s to mid-1960s. The piece is constructed with wood-veneer surfaces on the main cabinet and side doors. The upper shelf and the face of the large central drawer are finished in a contrasting light-grey marble-effect Formica laminate. A decorative gilt-toned perforated metal band runs along the upper front edge. The unit is raised on four tapered wooden legs. The storage layout includes two curved outer cupboards with vertical brass-toned handles and a central section comprising three drawers. The large upper central drawer features a horizontal brass-toned bar handle and an interior lined with red baize, divided into three sections for cutlery. The two smaller drawers below also feature brass-toned hardware. No maker’s marks are visible.
