Lot 25: A Modern Composite Dalmatian Puppy Welcome Sign Door Greeter with Electronic Barking Function
A decorative door greeter figurine depicting a seated Dalmatian puppy. The puppy is modelled with its head turned to the side, holding a blue-bordered rectangular sign with the word WELCOME in raised gilt lettering, suspended from a metal chain held in its mouth. The figurine is constructed from cast resin or a similar composite material with a matte painted finish featuring characteristic black spots on a white ground. The underside of the base contains an integrated electronic unit housed within a plastic compartment, featuring a speaker grille and a sliding on/off switch, indicating a sound-activated barking function. The battery compartment cover is embossed with the text MADE IN CHINA. An auction lot label for Lot 025 is adhered to the welcome sign.
