A Bush TR130 portable transistor radio. The unit features a tan-coloured textured leatherette casing with chrome-effect plastic trim and a white perforated metal speaker grille. It is designed with a vertical linear tuning dial for Long Wave (LW) and Medium Wave (MW) bands, listing various station markings including BBC Home, Light, and Third programmes. The control panel houses three ivory-coloured push buttons for band selection and two thumbwheel controls for off-on-volume and tone. The manufacturer’s name BUSH and model number TR130 are clearly marked on the speaker surround. The reverse of the radio has a service sticker for Wimborne Radio Ltd and embossed text reading move to replace battery.
