Lot 474: A Large Modern Machine-Made Mottled Brown Twist Pile Area Rug
A large modern machine-made area rug or carpet remnant, featuring an all-over mottled design in tonal shades of brown, tan, and dark brown. The rug is constructed with a dense, machine-tufted twist pile. The edges are professionally finished with a dark brown whip-stitched binding. The reverse features a woven synthetic secondary backing, typical of contemporary domestic or commercial carpeting. A white adhesive auction tag from Ward Auctions is attached to the edge, printed with Lot 474.
