Lot 567: A Framed Shadow Box Collection of Graduated Elephant Figurines Produced for The Pier
A contemporary decorative framed shadow box containing a collection of graduated elephant figurines. The figurines are constructed from a molded composite material featuring a distressed finish with intricate caparisoned-style patterns in tones of cream, black, and green. The figures are arranged vertically within a deep light-coloured card mount and housed in a rectangular black-painted wooden frame under glass. A white adhesive retailer label is present on the reverse, printed with the text: PLU 366526 MADE IN CHINA FOR the PIER. A lot sticker for Liskeard Auction Rooms, number 567, is affixed to the lower-left corner of the glazing.
