Charity auction of around one hundred lots of general items to raise money for local school play equipment
Lot 61: A Pair of Oxford Die-Cast Limited Edition Model Vehicles
This lot comprises two limited edition die-cast metal model vehicles produced by Oxford Die-Cast, each complete with its original packaging and certificate of authenticity.
The first model is a Fox’s Glacier Mints delivery truck, model number CS041. The vehicle is finished in a blue and white livery featuring Fox’s Glacier Mints advertising and character illustrations on the side panels. It is accompanied by a limited edition certificate numbered 0233 of a total production run of 2,000.
The second model is a Chelsea Flower Show Model T van, model number 125T. The vehicle features a blue body with a white roof and chassis, inscribed with “CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW May 2000” on the side panels. This model was manufactured under licence from the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) and is accompanied by a limited edition certificate numbered 1664 of a total production run of 28,000.
Both vehicles are constructed from die-cast metal with plastic components and are housed in original blue and gold Oxford Die-Cast window boxes with internal plastic trays. One box bears a secondary auction lot label for HCP Auctions South West, Lot 061.
