Lot 130: A Pair of Miniature Scale Model Tractors
This lot features two miniature die-cast model tractors, each presented within a clear acrylic display case on a green cardboard base. The first model is identified by the printing on its base as a 1953 Reymond Simplex, finished in a red colour palette with yellow line detailing, a yellow driver’s seat, and yellow wheel rims. The second model is identified on its base as a 1966 Valmet 565, finished in red with a silver-toned front grille and engine detailing, and red wheel hubs. Both models are constructed from die-cast metal with plastic components, including steering wheels and black treaded tyres. These models are characteristic of those issued as part of a collectible tractor part-work series.
