Lot 94: A Vintage Tabletop Four-Drawer Library Index Style Cabinet and Contents
A vintage tabletop storage chest, likely mid-20th-century, configured with four drawers in a two-by-two arrangement. The chest is constructed from wood and finished in a maroon rexine or leatherette covering. Each drawer is fitted with a brass-effect metal label holder featuring an integrated cup pull handle. The cabinet is sold with an extensive collection of workshop tools and miscellaneous hardware. The contents comprise engineering files, hacksaw blades, adjustable wrenches, spanners, and a vintage yellow Romac Cure-C-Cure puncture repair tin. The collection further includes a large pair of fabric shears, pencils, a small square, and a variety of brass and plated metal hardware including hinges and hooks, some of which remain in original retail packaging.
