A vintage utilitarian dustbin constructed from galvanised steel. The piece comprises a cylindrical body with corrugated sides and twin lateral handles. The matching domed lid features a fixed central handle. A handwritten white adhesive label reading 5 7 66 is affixed to the lid, alongside a secondary auction tag for Lot 249 HCP Auctions South West. The construction shows traditional metalworking techniques including folded seams and riveted handles. The interior is unfinished and shows significant residue from previous utility.
