Lot 547: A 6-Piece Collection of Royal Worcester Evesham Gold Pattern Oven-to-Table Ware
A collection of eleven pieces of Royal Worcester porcelain from the Evesham Gold range, designed for oven-to-table use. The set is decorated with characteristic transfer-printed botanical harvest motifs, including wheat ears, blackberries, peaches, plums, and ferns, set against a white glazed ground. The collection comprises five lidded tureens of various forms and one large open serving bowl. Specifically, there are three large oval lidded tureens featuring integrated steam vents to the lids and gilt-finished handles, one large circular lidded tureen with gilt-finished handles, and one smaller circular lidded tureen with white ceramic handles. The pieces are finished with gilt accents to the rims, handles, and finials.
