Lot 572: A Set of Four Cut Lead Crystal Wine / Sherry Glasses
A set of four matching lead crystal wine glasses. Each glass features a rounded, ovoid bowl decorated with a classic deep-cut pattern comprising a lower register of diamond-cut cross-hatching beneath a band of vertical wedge-cut fans. The bowls are supported by short, faceted stems with a central wafer, resting on plain, circular feet. The style and cutting are characteristic of mid-20th-century lead crystal tableware. No maker marks or signatures are visible to the undersides.
