Lot 835: A Pair of British Union Jack and St George's Cross Flags by Annin and Co
A pair of flags comprising a Union Flag and one St George’s Cross flag, manufactured by the American firm Annin and Co. The flags are produced from 100 per cent nylon bunting, branded as Nyl-Glo, and are mounted on silver-coloured metal poles. The Union Flag feature printed designs and are finished with white headers containing metal grommets. The headers are marked with the manufacturer’s details including NYL-GLO, 100% NYLON BUNTING, ANNIN and CO. SINCE 1847, and MADE IN U.S.A. The St George’s Cross flag features a red cross design on a white field. These flags date from the late 20th century.
