A vintage Scalextric 300 electric model racing set, manufactured in Margate, Kent, England. The set is housed in its original illustrated card box with a polystyrene inner storage tray. It contains three 1:32 scale plastic cars, consisting of two Mini Coopers in red (numbered 3) and yellow (numbered 2), and a red Formula 1 style racing car with Shell Oils and Deserra Sports livery (numbered 2). The set includes multiple sections of black plastic curved track and a straight power terminal section. Two thumb-plunger hand controllers are present in blue and yellow plastic. Accessories include white plastic Dunlop branded track barriers, a black circular Scalextric disc marked C548-9501 / 03-700, a cardboard speed computer dial, and several electrical leads. A Scalextric instruction manual is included alongside an unrelated K’NEX brochure.
