Lot 909: A Large Vintage Wicker Laundry Basket with Lid and Liner
A traditional round wicker laundry basket of tapered form, constructed from woven natural willow with a clear lacquer finish. The basket is accompanied by a matching removable lid featuring a central woven loop handle. The interior is fitted with a removable white fabric liner, which features a ruffled overhanging edge and light yellow embroidered floral decoration. The construction employs a vertical stake and horizontal weave technique. A white auction label is adhered to the lid.
