Lot 920: Early 20th-century oak leaded glass display cabinet
An early 20th-century display cabinet or bookcase constructed from dark-stained oak. The unit features a pair of glazed doors, each containing twelve leaded glass panes arranged in a three-by-four grid. The front frame is decorated with two applied split turned-wood spindles finished with decorative finials. A moulded cornice completes the top of the cabinet. The interior contains wooden shelving, with three levels visible through the glazing. Hardware includes a centrally mounted brass-toned metal escutcheon and a manual turn-latch on the right-hand door. An auction lot sticker numbered 920 is present on the top rail alongside a smaller handwritten label.
