Lot 198: Two Vintage Utility Items Comprising a Wooden Step Ladder and a Galvanised Metal Watering Can
This lot consists of two vintage items of utility and garden interest. The first is a step ladder of sturdy timber construction, featuring flat rungs and a rectangular top platform. The wood displays a weathered patina with visible paint splatters and surface abrasions across the frame and rungs. Lengths of blue synthetic rope are knotted around the side rails. The second item is a watering can fashioned from ribbed galvanised steel. It features a traditional two-handle design and a conical spout. A white rectangular paper label bearing the handwritten digits 5766 in green ink is adhered to the top of the can.
