A Hot Wheels City Ultimate Garage with Robo T-Rex playset manufactured by Mattel. The structure is constructed from blue, grey, and orange plastic and features a multi-level parking system. It includes two blue vertical towers, grey parking decks with moulded details, and various orange track segments including a dual-lane spiral and a loop. A large, integrated T-Rex figure in yellow and red plastic is mounted to the side. The top of the playset features a large blue header sign with the Hot Wheels logo and the words ULTIMATE GARAGE. Applied decals include directional arrows and level indicators. An auction lot sticker and handwritten masking tape are present on the header sign.
