Lot 537: An Art Deco Style Silver Plated Table Lamp
An Art Deco style table lamp constructed from silver-plated or nickel-plated brass. The lamp features a circular, stepped, and weighted base supporting a central vertical stem. A single horizontal arm extends from the stem to support a vertical light socket. The socket is finished with two spherical metal finials at the top and bottom. The white plastic bulb holder is printed with the text MAX 60W LAMP. The lamp is currently fitted with a teardrop-shaped Edison-style filament bulb. It is equipped with a modern tan-coloured power cord and a standard UK three-pin plug. A paper auction label marked Lot 537 is adhered to the stem. No manufacturer marks or signatures are present.
