A vintage Panasonic S-VHS-C camcorder outfit designed for the PAL television system. This high-end consumer model features an Amorphous Pro Head recording system and Hi-Fi Stereo audio capabilities. The unit is constructed from high-impact black polymer with a integrated zoom lens. Currently attached to the front of the camera is a large, specialized multi-coated telephoto conversion lens marked Japan. The camcorder body includes a side-mounted LCD display, an electronic viewfinder, and various manual controls for shutter speed, tape selection, and recording modes (SP/LP). The side panel is marked Hi-Fi Stereo and S-VHS-C. The rear control panel features an Operate switch, Eject button, and VTR/Camera mode selector. The unit bears the serial number 1RZ00365 and is marked Made in Japan on a base label.
