Lot 815: G-Plan Fresco Teak Highboard Sideboard
A mid-century modern teak highboard from the Fresco range, manufactured by G-Plan circa 1960s-1970s and designed by Victor Wilkins. The upper section features a central bank of three drawers with horizontal carved inset handles, flanked by two cupboards with vertical carved pull handles. The lower section includes two sliding doors revealing further storage compartments and two open shelving sections. The piece is finished in teak veneers with solid teak integrated handles. A red G-Plan manufacturer label is affixed to the interior door. The highboard is accompanied by its separate leg frame.
