Lot 159: A Set of Four Glazed and Unglazed Ceramic Garden Planters
A set of four ceramic garden planters comprising a variety of sizes and finishes. The group includes a large glazed planter in cobalt blue with a moulded rope-twist border at the rim; a large thick-walled unglazed cream ceramic planter of tapered cylindrical form with a central drainage aperture; a medium-sized blue glazed planter with an incised white leaf motif band; and a medium-sized plain blue glazed planter of tapered form. There are no visible maker’s marks or stamps. A lot sticker numbered 159 is present on one planter.
