Lot 317: Mid-20th Century Wrought Iron Scrollwork Planter Stand
A rectangular wrought iron planter stand of open-frame construction. The piece features scrolling decorative ironwork panels to all four sides and is supported by four out-swept legs terminating in scrolled feet. The frame is designed to accommodate a rectangular trough-style planter box. Two white adhesive inventory labels are present: one marked with the handwritten numerals 317 to the upper left corner and another marked 5627 to the lower left leg. No maker’s marks, stamps, or incised signatures are visible on the object.
