Lot 865: Mid-20th Century Upholstered Armchair in Dark Stained Hardwood
A mid-20th-century armchair featuring a dark stained hardwood frame, constructed with straight, rectangular-section arms and a slightly raked backrest. The seat and backrest are upholstered in a textured fabric with a repeating green and oatmeal-coloured swirling wave pattern, secured with a border of rounded metal studs showing a patinated finish. The chair is raised on simple square-section legs. An illegible auction house label is attached to the right arm.
